PRO4A CHARTER STATEMENT
RD APLASCA Led Send-Off Ceremony to CDM Contingents for ASEAN  Summit  Camp Vicente Lim - PRO4A regional  Director PCSUPT Ma.O Ranada Aplasca  showed his support to the 575 CDM  contingents as he gave his guidance to  them during the pre-deployment briefing  and send-of ceremony on April 24, 2017  for the ASEAN Summit. During the ceremony, PSSUPT Ronnie S  Montejo, Chief Regional Operations and  Plans Division discussed the Do’s and  Dont’s or the Standard Operation  procedure while PSUPT Ramy Tagnong,  Chief of the Legal Service tackled salient  points on arrest and other important  matters like the observation of human  rights. PSUPT Julius Cruz, Chief of the  Pastoral Office led the send-off prayer  and bless the contingents. “Remember that this is not an ordinary  event. The world and the international  media is watching us so we should  perform the best we can. I hope that  with the reminders you heard today, you  will observe and put it to practice. I  have instructed my staff to be in  constant communication with your team  leaders so we could easily address your  concerns.” PCSUPT Aplasca said.  Read more....  PRO4A’S Regionwide Oplan Tokhang  and Taphang Succesful  Camp Vicente Lim - The Police Regional  Office CALABARZON’s simultaneous  OPLAN Tokhang and Taphang gained  success as it draws overwhelming  support from the community, mayors,  governors, representatives from the  barangays, media and religious sectors.  Oplan Taphang (Tapok Hangyo) is a  modified Tokhang which is now being  implemented across the country  targeting government agencies,  business entities, and other elite groups.  The Police Regional Office CALABARZON  led by its Regional Director PCSUPT  Ma.O R Aplasca recognized the  importance of the said activity which  promotes community awareness on the  PNP’s campaign against illegal drugs.  Stations and Police Provincial Offices  including the Regional Headquarters  gathered in their respective areas of  concern for the Oplan Tokhang that  culmminated in Oplan Taphang or an  anti-drug dialogue with the Local  Government Unit Officials, the members  of CALABARZON police, and other law  enforcement agencies such as the  Phhilippine Drug Enforcement Agency  4A. “We will continue to address this meance  through our vigorous and relentless  campaign against illegal drugs. As your  Regional Director, I encourage everyone  to be vigilant and support your  Philippine National Police and together  we would win this battle,” PCSUPT Ma.o  Aplasca said.  The Regional Director also recognized  and expressed his gratitude for the  support of partner agencies such as the  Local Government Units, Mayors,  Governors, Civic Organizations, Non-  Government Agencies, religious Sectors,  and other stakeholders.
