ASEAN Meeting in Tagaytay, a Success  Camp Vicente Lim - The Task Force  “Tagaytay” Inter-Regional Agency noted a  ‘zero’ incident during the five (5) day 23rd  Senior Officials Committee on ASEAN  Meeting (SOCA) and 18th ASEAN Socio-  Cultural Community Council hosted by the  Department of Social Welfare and  Development Office held in Taal Vista,  Tagaytay City on September 11-14, 2017. A total of 3, 122 personnel coming from 21  member agencies namely: DILG, DND, NSC,  DOH, DSWD, NICA, PSG, OCD-NDRRMC,  PCG, DFA, DICT, AFP, PNP, BI, MMDA, CAAP, BFP, PCTC, PNRI, DOT, and NTC provided  security and assistance to the delegates  from the 10-ASEAN member nations,  dialogue partners, and their respective  delegates. Bracing the two (2) day heavy rains due to  Tropical Depression Maring and Typhoon  Lannie, the contingents and those who were deployed on the streets continuously  provided security and other necessary  assistance to the participants. The TG Tagaytay were distributed into task  groups deployed for close-in VIP security fro the delegates, airport security area,  seabourne, and route security, explosives  and ordnance division/K9, light reaction and  special weapons and tactics units, civil  disturbance and management, intelligence  and investigation, emergency medical  response, and command and control.  Certificate of Appreciation was given to the  paticipating agencies during the Final Inter-  Agency Critique Session held on Spetember  15, 2017 at Sambong Hall, Tagaytay  International Convention Center, Tagaytay  City for their valuable support and  contribution to the over-all success of the  said event. “As the Task Group Commander, I am  overwhelmed with the result of our joined  efforts to ensure the smooth counduct of  this ASEAN meeting. You have  demonstrated beyond what is expected  from us,” PCSUPT Aplasca said. The special meeting of the Council of ASEAN Chief Justices (CACJ) to be hosted by the  Supreme Court will also be held in Tagaytay  on October 27, 2017. The program ended with a boodle fight.  PRO 4A Personnel Assist in Clearing  Operations Following the Rages of  Tropical Depression ‘Maring’ and  Typhoon ‘Lanie’  Camp Vicente Lim - The PRO 4A Regional  Headquarters under the supervision of  PCSUPT Ma.O Ranada Aplasca has alerted  its entire on September 11, 2017 to take  precautionary measures while Tropical  depression ‘Maring’ and Typhoon ‘Lanie’  affects the region traversing part of Luzon  area. TD ’Maring’ landed around 9:00 in the  morning in Mauban, Quezon according to  PAGASA. This has brought heavy rains and  floods which severely affect low lying areas  within CALABARZON and its nearby regions.  All units in the areas affected responded to  incidents such as road clearing operations,  inspection on landslide areas, and  evacuation of affected residents through the coordination with the Local Givernment  Units, their respective City and Municipal  Disaster Risk Reduction and Management  Council (CDRRMC/MDRRMC).  The Office of the Executive Secretary has  declared suspension of classes at all levels  as well as the Government Offices in Metro  Manila, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON  region except those who are under the  offices performing Emergency and Rescue  Operations.
August 8, 2017  RESUMPTION OF BASIC  COMPUTER  ESSENTIALS  CERTIFICATION  EXAMINATION (BCECE)   THROUGH THE  COMPUTER-BASED  TRAINING SYSTEM  (CBTS)  Please be informed  that the BCECE through  Computer-Based  Training System (CBTS)  will resume within this  3rd quarter wherein all  PNP personnel who are  35 years old and below  NLT June 16, 1979 and  those who failed their  BCECE are required to  take the examination. In this regard  PRO4A personnel who  failed the BCECE  examination are directed  to conduct self-review on the training materials as  provided to ensure  higher passing  percentage but they  must register first at  (Google Chrome browser  only) using their payslip  account number.
