PRO4A Personnel Cited for Meritoriuos Achievement in
Various Police Operations and Other Laudable Acts
Camp Vicente Lim - The Police Regional Office CALABARZON
personnel received various medals during the traditional
Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at this camp. The
awardees were recognized for their involvement and
meritorious accomplishment during the conduct of SAFE 2016,
police operations and other commendable accomplishments.
One noteworthy was the recent accomplishment of Cavite
particularly Bacoor City Police Station wherein more r less 10
kilos and 400 grams of suspected shabu were confiscated and
4 suspects were arrested during a buy-bust operation
conducted on May 17, 2016 at Park Homes, Brgy. Queensrow,
West Central, Bacoor City.
Anaother remarkable deed that was given recognition was the
act of the couple police officers namely PO2 Raymond L
Matundan and PO1 Mary Joy M Matundan both members of
Talisay Municipal Police Station of Batangas Police Provincial
Office who displayed honesty and dedication by bringing back
without hesitations to the owner of the lost pouch bag in May
14, 2016, containing large amount of money, passbook, ATM
Cards and other valuable belongings owned by Mrs. Teresa De
Leon Maravilla of Brgy. Sto. Tomas, Batangas. The story of the
couple were already featured in various TV program both local
and national and was also liked by netizens i the social media
after it went viral. They were also given recognition by the local
government of Taisay for such exemplary display of character.
The awards were presented by PRO4A Officer-In-Charge
PCSUPT Ronald V Santos assisted by Regional Chief
Directorial Staff PSSUPT Bernabe M. Balba.
